Group Dynamics

I have little tollerance to errogance. It annoys me much more than anyting else. I think that sometime we are not accomplishing very much because we are too busy finding ways to try to be individual. If we only took one persons point of view and extracted that in detail for 1 half hour maybe we would start to get somewhere. I think that the smaller groups are much more effective and relivant to what we want. I also think that if we had somewhat the same small groups for at least a couple of times we would start to learn how to listen and react to the groups comments and concerns about our writing.
